2. Your personalised t-shirt

You choose the wording, optional handle, print style, ink, t-shirt colour, print scale and size. The final checkout summary is your opportunity to check those choices.

Check the preview carefully. The words visible in the designer are the words we send to print. Screen colours and the placement shown on a model are a close digital preview; small variations in colour and placement can occur in physical printing.

3. Price, payment and contract

The total for one t-shirt delivered to a supported UK or US address is £29.99: £25.00 for the t-shirt plus £4.99 standard delivery. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. We do not add another mandatory charge at checkout.

Stripe securely processes payment. Your order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment and we show your order record. We may decline and refund an order if we cannot lawfully or safely produce it, if the item becomes unavailable, or if there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

4. Words you submit

You promise that you own the submitted words or have permission to use and print them. A public post is not automatically free for commercial reuse.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, defamatory, privacy-invasive, infringing, or that exposes someone’s sensitive personal information. Do not impersonate another person or imply their endorsement.

You give us and our fulfilment providers a limited permission to reproduce the submitted content only as needed to make, deliver and support your order. We may cancel and refund content we reasonably cannot print.

5. Personalisation, cancellation and returns

Each t-shirt is made to your specification. The usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right does not normally apply to clearly personalised goods. If you contact us before production starts, we will make a reasonable attempt to stop the order, but cannot guarantee it.

This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty, damaged, misprinted, not as described or not the item you ordered. See our Delivery & returns policy for the practical steps.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver to UK and US addresses. Each t-shirt is made to order, and delivery timing depends on the address, production capacity and carrier. Any timing we provide is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

If circumstances outside our reasonable control cause delay, we will use reasonable efforts to keep you informed and minimise it. Your statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.

7. Our responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

The product is supplied for personal use. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection or court rights you have where you live.
