Production starts automatically after payment. If a delay means the item cannot be delivered within the period required by law, you retain your statutory remedies.
Fit and size
Stanley/Stella Creator 2.0 (STTU169) is a 180gsm, 100% organic ring-spun cotton t-shirt with a regular unisex fit. Measurements are approximate and taken with the garment laid flat.

Measure a favourite t-shirt flat from pit to pit and from the highest shoulder point to the hem. Choosing the wrong size is not a product fault, so please check before paying.
Personalised orders
Because we print your chosen words and design specifically for you, personalised t-shirts cannot normally be returned simply because you changed your mind. If you email us before production begins, we will try to stop the order, but production can begin quickly.
Your rights for faulty, damaged, misprinted, misdescribed or incorrect items are not affected.
If something is wrong
- Email hello@quotetotee.com as soon as practical with your order reference.
- Describe the problem and attach clear photographs of the item, print, packaging and shipping label where relevant.
- Keep the item and packaging while we review it. Do not send it to Printful or another address unless we give you return instructions.
Where the item is faulty, damaged, misprinted, not as described or not what you ordered, we will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances this may be a replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.
Lost or delayed parcels
Check the tracking link in your order record first. If tracking has not moved, says delivered when it has not arrived, or the estimate has passed materially, contact us. We will investigate with the fulfilment and delivery partners; you do not need to contact them yourself.
Care
Follow the garment care label. To protect the print, wash with similar colours, turn the t-shirt inside out, avoid ironing directly over the print, and avoid high heat.
